Looking to innovate in home entertainment, Virgin Media introduced a new large screen device in to the home - the TellyTablet.

KitSound has always been a brand that has music at it's heart. Born out of passion for quality products and strategically grown in to a Top 4 audio brand in the UK, the brand had started to lose it's way and become stagnant against new competition. The challenge was to freshen up the retain packaging for their products to attract a new customers without alienating their current demographic.

Personas were written using research data to bring their typical customers to life and help to inject some reality the target demographics, along with advice on how griwth can be achieved. This included work on PR and social media strategy as well as art direction across packaging, CGI and lifestyle photography.

Results were impressive, with higher engagement across key retail channels, as well as 10% organic growth of followers across Instgram and Facebook, and and increase of 10% in engagement.
